Privacy and data protection

Data we store

We store your name and account details, age at registration or last update, gender, education level and geographic region, answers and results, payment orders, uploaded transfer receipts and contact messages, plus an anonymous visit log with a random key and visit time, without an IP address. Prefer a child nickname and avoid information unnecessary for the assessment.

Research cognitive session data

For research cognitive sessions, an authorized account stores participant/examiner details, code, birth/test dates, recorded sex, institution, grade/occupation, consents, responses, notes and reports. The session owner and authorized administrators can access them. These data are not sent to an AI service or payment gateway. Participant consent and guardian consent for minors are required.

Optional cognitive performance sessions

For adults aged 18 or older, we store age confirmation/band, task language, answers, skips, assistance, sequence exposure counts, session conditions, results, consents and the task version. This test does not request a birth date or institution. The result is performance, not IQ. You may separately permit later task-quality research and withdraw permission from the session page; refusing or withdrawing does not affect result access. Data are linked to your account and are not anonymous. The module does not send them to external services.

Access and use

Data supports your account, reports, payment verification and support. Results are available to you and authorized administrators, not visitors. Answers are not sent to payment gateways. Social sign-in supplies a provider account ID, name and email when available.

Cookies and external services

We use a sign-in session and a language cookie; display preferences stay in your browser. Payment and social sign-in redirect to the selected provider, whose policies apply to data it processes.

Your requests and contact

You can request access, correction or deletion of your account and results through the contact page. The administrator reviews requests and explains any transaction records that need retention.
